Am going to make it

😋😛🤪 You got me at my most vulnerable moment of the day, lunchtime hunger pangs. Yet, your humor kept me from gnawing on a leftover stock bone intended for our neighborhood wild things. My hubby would have been flabbergasted at me in that awkward scenario. 🤪🥴

Thanks for the humorous tone in your culinary artistry, too. Keep em coming, Jason 💯💥

Mouth overwatering here! Haha Soprano's influencing cooking. I know exactly what that is llike. When I first saw the Godfather, in a theater, and the guys were preparing to go to the mattresses, Clemenza teaches Michael how to make Sunday gravy. I was awestruck, not kidding, when he shoved the chopped Italian sausages into the pot. My mom had always used hamburger as the meat. Not to knock Mom, but it was kinda tasteless. I experimented with different sausages and settled on chorizo. Then I didn't have to add hot spices. Ohhhhh do I get compliments on my sauce. My ex fil said it was the best he ever had, and my ex mil shot him a look that could kill. Hers was tasteless too. Hahaa thanks, Jason, for your recipe. Sounds awesome!

Sounds and looks delicious! It felt a bit like a stand up routine, with a highly personal touch (those make for the best stand up) as I was reading it. Have you considered stand up? You could definitely tie in that apron. 🤣

Delish. If I may suggest...from my Italian mom and her peeps from Lucca, Tuscany. Saute 1-3 tb tomato paste with your onions and garlic until the paste is well caramelized and brownish. Then add the red wine and other stuff. Enjoy!!

Watch you will move to Oregon and turn into a wine snob. Driving 99W into Newberg and Dundee. Which winery shall we hit today?

Have a daughter that lives in Oregon. If you get a chance make sure you stop in the Evergreen Air Museum in McMinville. The Spruce Goose is there. Take care.

I wish my husband wasn't Keto! I'd love to make something like this. I wonder how it would taste with those low-carb noodles he prefers...

No ricotta? I highly recommend trying it next time in the mix. 😊

I make my own sauce. In a pinch, I have a few bottled sauces I will use. And you are right, Ragu is shit. I might mix in some ricotta. I find the pesto interesting. I might add a little Marsala to sweeten it up a bit. Generally, any good red wine will suffice. Not so sure about the curry but I'll try anything once. I'm sure its delicioso.
